We are writing to let you know that Tots in Mind, Inc. is voluntarily recalling The Crib Tent and Play Yard Tent models below. This recall is scheduled to expire on September 15, 2012.

This CPSC Recall is due to the possibility that the mesh and rod domes can invert inside a crib or play yard entrapping and suffocating a child.  This can lead to injuries and possible death to babies and toddlers. 

The following UPC numbers are included in the recall:

UPC#0004689400021,0004689400001,0004689410023,0004689400002 and 0004689400316.
